• Healthcare: The IHFD community maintains one hospital, 5 basic health care units and numerous spaces for numerous private clinics and doctors’ offices. The Ministry of Public Health shall provide the infrastructure and management of these healthcare units, while the private sector is expected to invest in doctor’s offices, pharmacies, labs, imaging centers, etc.


• Education: The IHFD community shall entertain 3 elementary schools and 3 high schools as well as 5 Kindergartens. The ministry of education shall be responsible for the operation and management of the public schools, while NGOs are expected to provide complimentary services. The private sector may offer additional services within the context of the commercial areas.
Sports and Entertainment: Every group of 200 households will be provided with a Children’s playground and a small sports facility, including basketball courts, volleyball courts and other such amenities. The community as a whole shall have extensive sports activities opportunities through sports gyms, soccer fields, public pools and other similar facilities. The operation of such facilities shall be the responsibilities of the home owners’ associations and commercial enterprise.


• Other Services: In cooperation with the government and the civil society community, other service shall be identified and offered.
